Overview
All audiotext service providers are automatically licensed under MDA's Class Licence Scheme. They need to comply with the Class Licence conditions and are required to register with MDA.
Audiotext service providers who offer chatline services also need to comply with the Audiotext Code of Practice (PDF/49KB). This sets out the measures that chatline operators have to put in place.

Who is this for?
Service providers who are providing services such as Chat lines, SMS Chat, Mobile Phone Downloads, Information services, Games of chance, International Calling Card (ICC) Services etc are required to register with MDA.
